Volunteer Opportunities
Setup:
Assist with Tables, stanchions, activity setup, unloading and station preparation.
Check-In:
Meet with Builders as they come to Load-In. Register builders, assign table space and hand out MOC cards, Swag and builder bags. Answer questions regarding the show, schedule and events.
Security:
Remain on site after hours while ABU games is open to watch over show areas and MOCS until building is locked up
Registration:
Welcome and count attendees. Explain events, voting and scavenger hunt. Answer questions about ILUG and activities
Free Play:
Monitor brick tables. Clean up spills and reset bricks.
Duplo Play:
Monitor floor area. Reset bricks and keep area organized.
Floaters:
Walk around MOC areas behind ropes but in front of tables and interact with attendees. Answer questions and give information about builds, ILUG and the event, Assist as needed in other areas.
Clean-up:
Assist with tables, stanchions, activity and other areas for cleanup. Help builders with Load Out.
Relief:
MOCFEST! relief volunteer duties will check in with volunteers to see how they are doing every hour. Check the following areas:
